About the Salon
Salon Citrine is a small, single chair hair studio established in Lawrence, Kansas in 2017. It Is designed to accommodate guests one at a time for an individualized, private and relaxed salon experience. Owner/stylist, Jen Rowe offers cuts, color, styling, formal styling and facial waxing.
Jen Rowe
Jen completed cosmetology school in 2007, and then received a position as an apprentice at an AVEDA salon. She underwent intensive training in color and cutting from staff members at the salon, including Vidal Sassoon and AVEDA techniques. Throughout the last decade, she has trained extensively through L’Oreal Professional, Morrocan Oil, AlfaParf, Pulp Riot, Cutting classes from Dusty Rhode and Curlology, The Study of Curls from Breanna Bell.
Relying on her own creativity, Jen strives to provide an individually tailored look and experience to fit the personality of each guest. At Salon Citrine, in styling there is an emphasis on client education, focusing on providing all customers with the product knowledge and technique necessary to recreate in house styles.
